I switched practices after not being happy with my previous dermatologist, and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Chusid was a breath of fresh air! She not only is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but she is down-to-Earth and has a wonderful bedside manner that will make any patient feel immediately comfortable. I highly recommend her.

I never understood how a virtual appointment was good or helpful until I had an appointment with Dr.Chusid. It was so convenient and easy. I called left a message I wanted to make an appointment and her secretary Michelle called me back within minutes. She booked my appointment explained how the app would be and also sent a text with step by step on how to do it. I sent Dr. Chusid my pictures as asked in the text that was sent to me. At 5:45pm I gotten a text from Dr.Chusid and it was self explanatory and I connected to my virtual appointment. She consulted me and look at my issues via video and was caring and quick. Best experience ever with friendly and helpful people. My copay was collected my visit was great, I got the help I needed and I didn’t have to leave my house. I loved it. Thank you Dr.Chusid i really appreciate and will be recommending you to other. 5 stars!!

Dr. Chusid was very patient with my (very) long-list of questions and concerns about my baby’s skin issues. She was super responsive and helped us resolve all issues through pictures and/or video. Thank you!!

I scheduled an Express Care virtual video visit for my father through the Cleveland Clinic and wanted to provide a brief medical history and photos to Dr. Chusid prior to the appointment in case we had a poor video connection. I was unable to upload into the system since he is a new patient so called Dr. Chusid’s office to ask for the best way to provide this information directly. The woman that answered just said, “hello?” and did not identify herself as being part of the medical practice so I thought I had the wrong number. I asked if this was Dr. Chusid’s office and she rudely said, “who is asking?” So I briefly explained the above and that I was looking to send medical history to the doctor in preparation for our appointment. She interrupted me and again very rudely said, “I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t help you, you need to call the Cleveland Clinic, this is Dr. Chusid’s New York office”. I explained that I had spoken with them and that I was unable to upload into the system and asked if I could email or fax the pics and medical history to her office. She interrupted me with a raised voice and with a very rude tone said, “I told you NO! I have to go, goodbye” and hung up on me. We have not had our appointment yet with Dr. Chusid which I’m hoping goes better. Based on the experience with whoever is answering her phone I don’t have high hopes. It’s really disheartening because my father is having some serious issues and getting him in to see a provider has been incredibly difficult. Having someone at the doctor’s office talk to you like you’re a complete bother and hanging up on you is just uncalled for. It might be time to re-evaluate your line of work if that’s how you talk to patients that are asking a very simple question. *** update: We are in a rural area so had to drive 20 minutes into town to get service for the virtual appointment. We logged in 15 minutes early, completed the online questionnaire and eagerly awaited the doctor. Then at exactly the time the appointment was to begin Dr. Chusid cancelled us with no explanation. The WORST experience we’ve had.
