I am fairly certain that Dr. Bajaj saved my life. Before seeing Dr. Bajaj, I went to one of those city Urgent Care locations. They diagnosed me with bacterial pneumonia sent me home with antibiotics. 3 days later I felt even more sick, and made an appt. with Dr Bajaj. He immediately sent me to get x-rays. Upon seeing my lungs were very fluidic, he personally called a cab to take me to the emergency room. He was calm and proactive in a scary moment; I was antibiotic resistant and needed multiple rounds of IV antibiotics. I had to be in the hospital and I remember him checking on me. He made sure I well before being discharged. This was 2016, before all the serious Covid practices. I’m just grateful. Say what you want about the long wait times, and reception staff. What matters is how a practitioner responds in these vital moments.

The doctor himself is okay but I can't deal with the office anymore. The crazy long wait time that can't be avoided due to allowing everyone to just walk in with no appointment was bad enough but the final straw was when they took a blood test in the office and filed the claim with the wrong insurance. It's been almost a year later and I am still trying to fight this claim with collections and my insurance company. Just don't do it to yourself and stay away.

Liked the man. But when he started selling my information, I had to severe ties. Especially since he was not smart enough to tell the telemarketers to keep his NAME out of their sales pitch. I literally have the transcripts of a dizen sales calls saying “Dr Bjaj says you should buy this”

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Spare yourself wasted time, headaches and get a real doctor.

He has been my general dr for maybe 3 years just for anual check ups... Last week I had an awful Uti which went to my kidney so changed to kidney infection...
I called this place on Wednesday and the receptionist just said there is no appointments and for some reason she couldn't hear me anymore... I tried to be seen by urgent care and other places but that is another story. So on Thursday I called again asking her to please give me an appointment and the same rude receptionist picked up the phone (there is 2 persons there) always with her same attitude. I was in so much pain but did not want to go to the ER because of Covid, so I asked her can you please give me an appointment she asked for when, I said ASAP if you have something for today even better, of course she answered THERE IS NO WAY DR CAN SEE YOU TODAY. I asked for a virtual appointment or anything for next day meaning Friday she put me on hold for 15 min and then hang up... I called again and she didn't speak but she was there, I could hear some keyboard in the background and I was hello hello hello but nothing... hang up and tried again... same thing for maybe 3 or 4 times more... Last one she talked and with an even worst attitude put me on hold again for maybe 10 minutes... Then she told me the Dr can see me next day (friday) I told her that I was asking for a "virtual appointment " I now they have been doing them since the pandemic, so She answers in a loud sarcastic voice "A WHAT?" I told her again a virtual appointment same answer with maybe a laugh and I told her again a virtual appointment then she answers back saying OH YOU WANT A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT with the proper pronunci...Read More
