Dr. Ralph Peluso

Doctor Peluso is a very well educated and gentle doctor. He does take his time to help and understand your issue, isn't that what we are all looking for? A doctor who actually cares about our well being. Dr. Peluso does take each of his patients serious along with their diagnosis. I disagree with a few comments that were placed on here regarding to Dr. Peluso's services. You should not leave a bad review to the Doctor just because the front desk or billing staff is not helpful or regarding to their time schedule. This is not the doctor's fault. This is based on the Management and should be addressed as that. Dr. Peluso is there to help out on your medical issues and he does it very well. He does not control on how the office management runs their staffs. Please make sure you clarify the next time you want to leave a review as this is false information you are placing on the Doctors experience and not right. He does work a lot and puts in his generosity to make sure his patients are okay. I have been taking my parents to Peluso for a long time and its hurtful to see some of this reviews placed on the doctor when knowing he goes above and beyond for this patients. I have gotten calls back from the doctor all the time and at times late at night or weekends which I appreciate in the curiosity of not being forgotten. He would call and help diagnose the issue or explain the next steps to do. Not many doctors are out there who want to take care of their patients or even return a call back. So I suggest if you have an issue with the office or billing, please leave a review for the management instead of the doctor.

He is a very smart and excellent Doctor. He knows how to evaluate your illness and discern whether or not you are following his orders. He is patient, respectful, have excellent manners in the examination room and highly knowledgeable. I Highly recommends Dr. Peluso. The wait time is a case by case basis and also depends on his walk in emergencies.

He is an exceptional doctor, he is worth the wait. He listens to you & takes the time to make sure he is giving you the best care possible. I would highly recommend him.

THE DRS THERE ARE VERY GOOD BUT THE BILLING DEPT IS THE WORST!!! IF YOU EVER DEALT WITH VALENE THE BILLING REP IN THAT OFFICE I FEEL BAD FOR YOU SHE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE SHE ACTUALLY HUNG THE PHONE UP ON MY 65 YR OLD MOTHER WHEN MY MOTHER WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THEY WHERE SUBMITTING THE BILLS TO THE WRONG INS EVEN WHEN MY MOTHER BROUGHT THEM THE CORRECT INS AT HER OFFICE VISIT AND TOLD THEM MCR IS PRIMARY.. THEN FINALLY AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS TO CORRECT THE ISSUE I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH W/ HER MYSELF AND SHE WAS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT AETNA HAD THE WRONG INFORMATION I TOLD HER TO CHECK ELIGIBILITY ON MY MOTHER AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF THAT MCR IS PRIMARY.. FINALLY SHE GOT BACK ON THE PHONE W/ ME AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS AND ME TELLING HER , HER JOB AND SAID OH WE CORRECTED THE ISSUE... I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND SOMEONE GOT ON THE PHONE W ME AND STATED SHE WAS AN ASSISTANT BUT SHE WAS NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC OR EVEN CARED... I AM GOING TO LOOK INTO GETTING MY MOTHER TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DR IN THE FUTURE ....

Service at his office is horrible ! Never call you back and when you get someone on the phone they hang up on you while you still talking ! Girls are rude and unprofessional
