Dr. Rafael Rodriguez

I have been a Pt of Dr. Rodriguez for over 20 years. He always has time when you are with him, to answer all your questions, which I really appreciate! He is knowledgeable about many things and gives you the best advice from his years of practice And, Angie who works in the office has been there the whole time I have been going to him. This too is so wonderful, because she knows me and clearly all the others that are been going to Dr. Rodriguez. She's always accommodating, with a smile on her face! I know many appreciate the work she does there; to have the office running smoothly and as best as she can! 👏🏻

Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to listen and address all of your concerns. Special mention, Angie. She's great. I recommend this office highly.

I definitely haven’t experienced what the other reviewer said about bad customer service at all. We all have our bad days or super busy days. These ladies are AMAZING!!!! They are very professional and actually care about the patients. I’ve dealt with them because my dad goes to them and they have ALWAYS helped in everything they can. Beyond things they didn’t need to help with. Dr Rodríguez checks up on my dad even when he doesn’t need to as well. He has always showed he cares genuinely about their patients! Thank you ladies :)

By far one of the most unprofessional doctors office i have ever been too the administration is the worse especially if you have an emergency don’t hold your breath. You’ll be on hold or catching the busy signal 95% of the time. The doctor doesn’t have the courtesy to give his patients a call back. Fax machine never works they never check their emails. You constantly have to be chasing them. DONT EVEN BOTHER. 0 ratings.

DR. Rodriguez is a decent doctor. The staff is so so, and what really ticked me off is today after being put on hold before the receptionist "stephany" answered, and finally getting thru after 15 mins on hold, I was greeted with the nastiest attitude when I was asking to talk to one of the assistants that is trying to "help" me with a screw up they did with the coding for my yearly bloodworks. You book an appointment and still wait for an hour or more. I'm done with this place. I should write this review in Spanish but the old Spanish folks would not read it anyway.
