I would give a negative star --★★★ if they allow. In the beginning of 2 times visit the doctor is pretty nice,but after that is not same story. I don't mind long wait (nearly 2 hours every time)if doctor is good. All about this doctor Li is only money, I had a minor surgery of Scrape uterine polyps, so Dr Li told me to pay cash of $600 cause insurance not cover this and so I paid. But after few weeks I received statement from insurance company and Dr Li charged $3850 to my insurance company, this is ridiculous. I only have 5 times visit since May until July, but Dr Li bill my insurance company for more than 15 times, I never visit for August but they still bill me for 3 times, tis is really disgusting and my last visit was very disappointed and extremely angry, I was there waiting almost 2 hours Dr Li not even answer any of my question , she printed out my mammogram report and ask me to see another doctor,she is just wasting my time, I do have the report This is disgusting I meant I don't have to go there wait for 2 hours for you to print out the report for me and the doctors bill my insurance company for $460 on that day. I will never come back to this doctor, all she wants just money, they took advantage to claim your insurance for not visiting at all.

Worse obgyn i’ve ever encountered. I had to change to a new obgyn when I was 4-5months pregnant. She is always in hurry and sometimes does not answer my questions. So i decided to time my visit. from the second she stepped in to the exam room to the second she stepped out. She was in there for 3 mins. In this 3 mins she did ultrasound, and made a phone call regarding another patient. That was it. Did not answer my question. And their office billed me for test they didn’t perform. I talked the billing guy, he was like it is not much only $10. But why do i want to pay for something that i didnt use?

She was very aggressive when inserting the wand for my exam and I honestly think she missed diagnosed me. When I went to my new Gyno last year she said she did not see any cyst. I would not recommend her.

I waited for TWO HOURS and they had the audacity to say the doctor went to lunch. I understand we all have to eat but there is no reason that even after making an appointment I still have to wait. I also realized that there were many other patients ahead of me...I have never had to wait this long for a doctor. When I make an appointment I expected the doctor to hold true to it. Patients are busy cannot wait here all day. As a working student it took a great deal of time to choose room for this visit. This is not only disrespectful to us as patients but I feel that this doctor and place should not be visited if you are trying to have a pleasant visit. This will be my first and last visit. Thank you for making it a terrible first OBGYN visit. If you have another option, this would not be the right one.
