I personally had a great experience with Dr. Chattoo as well as his office staff. They all were very responsive and super nice. Dr. Chattoo was very welcoming to some of my concerns concerning possible food allergies as well. Office was easy to locate as well. Thanks!

My visit was very pleasant. The registration process was smooth and efficient. The wait time was very minimal especially for a first time patient. The support staff was very friendly, competent, and efficient. I will absolutely recommend friends and family to this office. Dr Chatto was very patient and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and was sensitive and attentive to my health concerns. Tyrone Johnson

This place is the purest definition of unprofessionalism. Dr. Chattoo has terrible bedside manner. I was referred to him, being described as “the best”… I got the exact opposite. He has no patience, he’s forgetful, dismissive & does NOT follow up on treatment plans… treatment plans, might I add, that don’t work. I ended up in the hospital for 4 weeks with a life threatening ailment simply because I was misdiagnosed & given the wrong treatment plan. His front desk secretary, Denise, is also unprofessional & downright rude. Annoyed by the simplest of questions. I STRONGLY encourage anyone that is concerned about their gastrointestinal health to stay away from this office.

Worst doctors experience ever. 3rd World Countries see better service. Seriously. The receptionists are incompetent and rude. They can't take a message, let alone forward one. And don't expect a call back from the doctor, you wont get one, even if he is supposed to be delivering results. This quack shack repeatedly failed to refill prescriptions and then had the nerve to yell at me for their mistakes. They also overbook at least 4-deep so expect a routine 15 minute appointment to take upwards of 3 hours. In short, when both CVS and your insurance company intervene to say you need to find a new doctor because they don't trust your current one, you know the place sucks.
