Worst practice I’ve ever been to All blood results are wrong not to mention the long wait even though you have an appointment. I had blood test and went to a different doctor and I got totally different results. They just like to bill your insurance but they are not interested in your well being.

I am a fairly understanding person, so when I had to wait an hour to be seen, I said okay, I'm a walk-in--i get it. Once I finally did get into the examining room (#1 of 2), the nurse practitioner had an office phone in the sink, which she answered every 30 seconds for our entire 5 minute consultation, which guaranteed no chance of a coherent conversation and me having to repeat and re-explain myself at least 5 times. When I asked if it was normal practice to take phone calls while with patients, she responded "Well, if I don't, we won't ever get out of here when we close." When it's time to see the doctor, she takes me from examination room #1 to a new room down the hall, where the doctor is waiting, and here's the shocker: he's got a phone in his room too, which he also answers all throughout our visit--and of course, asked me if I had pets at least 3 times because he kept forgetting. I'm sure the phone calls were way more important than a paying customer. When it's time to leave, I find out my insurance doesn't cover the visit until I hit a deductible--once again, I understand that's not their fault, so I ask them to bill my insurance and I'll pay through them. They refuse and demand that I pay--they also have an electric lock on the door, so you can't leave until they are ready for you to leave. I'm finally fed up with it and pay. They want $100 for the visit--once again, I understand that $100 is not unreasonable for a doctor's visit. I try to pay with credit card, and guess what?! They only accept CASH. Yes, they want you to pay your entire bill in CASH. I will never be back to this ridiculous excuse for a doctor's office.

This doctor and his facility is very unorganized and disrespectful we have been trying since February 11, 2019 to obtain medical records for a hearing on May 10, 2019. when we spoke to the receptionist both times it was the same person. The receptionist lied, and stated the medical records would be ready by Thursday the 25 of April before 1 pm. When we called back today the same receptionist stated why did't we call back it is not our job to call back it is your job to be professional. Don't worry i will just request the judge to subpoena the records thanks for wasting our time a hippa request takes approximately 30 to 45 days it's been 2 months!!!!!!!!

This doctor wants nothing but your money and does NOT help in the slightest! This man (and his wife who runs around acting as a second doctor without a license) should both be in prison! My mother is now a diagnosed diabetic and has spent two days in the ER because he refused to give her the proper care when she needed it, he kept telling her she’s fine just to dismiss her and get through the zoo that is his doctors office. Seems he’s just taking as many people as he can in a day now! Also this man is clearly doing something illegal, for YEARS he has accepted our insurance and supposedly he lists that he still does but keeps sending my family all these ridiculous bills and refuses to see my mother now till they’re paid. I called my insurance and they informed me that the doctor did not send them anything....I call the office and have to deal with his wife telling me she “tried contacting” my insurance and they refuse to pay for it which isn’t true in the slightest since I had spoken to them before contacting her. I gave her the number my insurance told me to give to them and she said they refuse to do that and want me to pay in order to get another appointment! Someone please lock up this couple, they are frauds and not doctors! My mother was not given proper medical information or treatment which is what led her to where she is right now

I was waiting with a friend in this Doctor's office when I witnessed the receptionist refusing to let the Doctor know that a sick woman needed to see the Doctor she had a bad cough , sore throat , that kept getting worse every day! They asked her to go to regent care !!! she said she needed a Primary Care Doctor, she was told that the Doctor could not see her When she asked when can she return the receptionist said that the Doctor is to busy to see her at all!! The patient started to cry she was frustrated didn't know her way around, and to make things worse the receptionist opened the door and pointed to the door motioned the young lady to leave while she cryied and coughed !! I saw it with my own eyes!!
