Dr. Pei Gao and her office staff are fantastic. Always polite no matter how busy they get. Dr. Gao is a top rate family doctor. Your medical needs will be met with her. Her staff is so warm and professional. Never mean, never inpatient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family doctor, and I would definitely recommender Dr. Gao and her staff if you are unhappy with your current doctor or the staff.

I have been a patient since Dr. Gao's clinic opened to the present. Through all these years, Dr. Gao has provided the best treatment and care . She takes time to understand my issues . If I haven' t been at the clinic for a long time , she will take the initiative to call me and ask about my health. She recently gave me a blood pressure, blood oxygen, and heartbeat test kit that sends results to her office so we can discuss my condition at any time. I have been deeply moved by her medical services over the years. In addition, the other staff in the clinic are also very patient and helpful. I would like to thank Dr. Gao and her team again, and express my sincerest gratitude. I highly recommend this clinic.

I would have rated my experience with 3 stars. Find the 5 star rating to be hyped up but it was not as bad to deserve one star as on the other site. Took off one star because I find it suspicious that the staffs are the one posting positive reviews on Healthgrade & Vital emphasizing "recently changed their whole staff" to savage their rating, both on the same date, July 31st. I am a person of principle. Finding these nonsense reviews is what drove me to write this long review. It would have been better if the medical office responded that they will take criticism as input for improvement. This also show that the medical office care more about their reputation than actually finding the root cause of the problem. Maybe the staffs are overload and underpaid, typical of Chinese medical office. Does this insinuate this is the same way they will take care of their patients, without integrity and truthfulness? I can stand good doctor with rude staffs, but I can't stand office not admitting their wrongs instead and blame it on the patients not wanting to pay copay. Most the Chinese patients at Flushing have Medicaid or Medicare where they have no copay. The medical office is very modern looking. Atmosphere is nice and clean. Usually not over crowed with patients. Probably because she is fairly young physician and hasn't accumulated that many patients compare to those who have been in practice for years, thus making it easy to schedule an appointment instead of waiting for 1 month or even 2 months. Dr. Gao was attentive and listen to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed but she didn't wow me either. Usually, I don't go to Chinese doctor due to the long wait, rude staffs, rushed visit, unnecessary follow up to milk your insurance, and etc. I choose Dr. Gao because she is the soonest available doctor that can offer me a Saturday appointment (just switched a new job and don't want to take unnecessary day off). If I have seen the two nonsense comments of "changed the entire staffs" sooner I wouldn't have went to this medical office.

Don’t go to see her, she is not a good doctor. And her front desk is super super rude. Not recommended
