If you’re scared don’t worry! You’re in very good hands. I wish there was better communication regarding what to expect as far as prep and providing better direction to the virtual aspects. I get that everything is very virtual now but It would be helpful to direct your patients regarding paperwork as an “area of opportunity” but otherwise my family is very happy with this office. Dr. Pacheco is the nicest and most comforting doctor I've ever had. He delivers information clearly and in a way that one can understand. He also offers action steps one can take daily in order to get and remain healthier. I'm very grateful to him.
