Dr. Paul Li

I have been his patient since 2007. He is a great doctor. Doesn't know how to sugar coat things, which I like personally I like straight forward people, anytime you go with the issue he has a solution and he goes above and beyond to make sure insurance covers that and if not he will find a place which can do the same procedure for a lower cost or a better price. Customer service of the front office could be more efficient as compared to other places. I have no complaints on that. It's very hard to find a doctor like this.

I was referred to Dr.Li by not 1, but 3 dentist. Everyone had good things to say and they weren’t wrong. During my consultation Dr.Li created a plan for my treatment. I’ve always been really embarrassed about my teeth. But he made me feel really comfortable. He’s very personable and patient. I had a lot of questions and he took his time to give me explanations. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed as well as a bone graft the same day. It took him 2 hours! I was completely healed in 1 week. The staff are also amazing. They called me often to check in on me and asked if I had any complications. Check in is always seamless. Everyone here is super sweet and caring. Definitely recommend Dr.Li!

Disgusting customer service. I called from insurance company re one of their patients. Lady named Olivia was extremely rude and did not want to provide her name at first, disconnected the line. I called back twice - placed me on Hold of 3 mins and disconnected the line again. I’d suggest this Dr to take a closer a look who he hires to manage his patients information.
