Dr. Patria Gonzalez

Dr. Patria Gonzalez & her staff were beyond professional & accommodating to all my needs & questions. These bad reviews I've read, make no sense & seem fake. I'm not one to even write reviews but her exceptional service was to brag about, so I need to give credit where it's due. I've experienced care in both offices & they both were pleasant experiences. Both office managers Dalia & Julie gave me their number & told me "do not hesitate to call if I'm not feeling well or have any questions about medications". Dr. Patria Gonzalez were one of very doctors that stayed opened during the entire pandemic & does not get enough credit. I would recommend her to any family member or friend.

Dr Patria is a great Doctor, “however” the staff horrible! No respect for the patients , she needs a whole set of new people, management even Doctors that are gonna put care as she does into the patients

They never know what they doing. For lab results the waiting time is more than a week. I did a pregnancy test and even after a week they didn’t have it ready. The guy in their office always with an attitude and most of the ladies behind the computer. I went to fill out a physical from work and they having all my information updated and results they still tested me again.

If it would it be 0 Stars, that's exactly what this PLACE need for FEEDBACK!! the Front Desk is a Mess, there's not professionalism at all, not Courtesy, Not Bedside Manners!! This place is Terrible!! Please Dr. Patria you are on the road to lose all your Patients!! NEVER AGAIN!!

This goes for the FORT WASHINGTON location. Doctor Patria Gonzalez, i hope you can see this message.. your front desk manager is going to ruin your reputation. To the point where she had the audacity to tell me, that she can talk to YOUR PATIENTS HOWEVER SHE FELLS LIKE IT. WITH NO RESPECT. And that i can take my parents to another doctor, like really...?? PLEASE, if you need a primary doctor for a love one or family member do not go to this facility. THIS IS A Terrible place. The manager or the lady that runs the front desk is not doing her job and is not helping Dr Gonzalez reputation. That lady is heartless, Shes Terrible, has no considerations toward the elderly. Doctor GONZALEZ SHOULD DEFINITELY FIRE HER. IF NOT, SHE WILL END UP WITH ZERO PATIENTs. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE CITY.
