Rachel is great! She's very caring, very available, and very knowledgeable. She supports my whole food plant-based diet and is helping me navigate the diet based on my blood work and personal health issues. Under Rachel's care in 7 months I've lost 32 pounds and I'm only 8 pounds away from my goal weight. Additionally I was able to reduce my blood pressure meds in half. If you have an opportunity to work with Rachel, don't hesitate - grab that appointment!

I have had the pleasure of having Rachel as my nutritionist and dietitian for the past year. I improved my diet and nutrition with Rachel's guidance and support, lost weight, and reduced medications. I had challenges, but Rachel had solutions that I liked and found easy to incorporate into my lifestyle. Rachel encouraged me to keep the long term in mind when I had setbacks and focus on future positive outcomes. I learned to make wiser dietary choices with Rachel's advice and reduced mealtime stress.
