Dr. Owen Golden

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Golden for many years now. He is professional, kind and courteous. His staff are as well. He listens to my concerns and complaints. I will continue to see him as long as he is there.

Love this office. We have been coming to this practice now for three years; all the PA are well skilled and full of knowledge. Dr. Golden is straight to the point, we like his old school style! The only reason I am giving them 4 starts is because of the new receptionist, Diane. She is the epitome of rudeness, I mean did they find this woman from under a rock???? She doesn’t represent the rest of this office and to be honest, I don’t even understand why she is employed there. She is not courteous, is rude, has a very condescending demeanor. Sandy however is the opposite, kind, warm and sweet!! Dr. Golden, you need to do something about this review!

Dr. Golden is a good doctor, however, ever since the practice was absorbed by Essen Healthcare, it has severely declined. At times I have to let the phone ring incessantly before anyone picks up. Prescriptions are not sent out so that I have to repeatedly call them . When I do call they don't pick up till it has rung at least 15-20 times, if they pick up at all. Miss how I was before because they used to be really good. 😕

Ive only seen Dr. Golden once. On my first visit, other than that it has always been a different doctor. And since it was taken over by Essen healthcare I dont like it at all. Im obviously not the only one as the office is now pretty empty. I miss the old staff and friendliness. I will look for another doctor.

Dr. Golden’s office staff is amazing the office is clean & friendly !!!! But Dr. Golden is always unavailable never answers patients calls especially after hours Always refers them to the emergency room when the office is closed instead of taking a moment and speaking to the patient. His after hours service said he does not answer the patients call unless they’re over 80 years old this is why people stop using small practices you would think he would treat his patients better I’ve been a patient of his for over 15 years I’m disgusted and extremely disappointed and will be looking for a new doctor.
