(I am leaving this review based upon feedback from my father). My father had previously seen a urologist for an issue and was recommended a biopsy (this recommendation was made without a complete examination). For this reason, my father sought out a second opinion. I usually search for doctors with good patient reviews. Though I could not find any reviews at all for Dr. Zaytoun, we decided to take a chance because of his close location. Dr. Zaytoun was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Moreover, he performed all the necessary tests (which did not include a biopsy), made the appropriate diagnosis and recommendations. My father is doing much better and would without a doubt recommend Dr. Zaytoun. Thank you!

The most disorganized doctor experience. Waiting in a dark basement for over a hour with other patient for the doctor office to show up for a minute long conversation with the doctor that they can't help until I've done more tests/not listening to my concerns of my kidney stone, okay sure fine. Followup for test results appointment, doctor leaves me a short voicemail 8am morning of appointment with little information, no reason for appointment since nothing on results to talk about, I try calling back to office for further context and never hear back from their team after leaving messages, okay fine I find a new doctor. Then they bill me for the 30 second 8am voicemail and for the appointment that never happened, okay NOT fine.
