The staff is very nice, and Dr. Lippoff is a excellent Doctor, he resolved me troubles, and never let any questions left. He has a bright knowledge and is very responsible, he has a significant empathy for his patients . I’m more than happy to have him.

The worst office. My father hasn’t been feeling well for a few years and they couldn’t determine the cause. One trip to urgent care and they discovered he had stage 3 cancer. My mother wanted her records, filled out paper work and nobody did anything and they didn’t release any papers to her because “they didn’t have the paper she handed them”. When I was a patient doctor Orin lipoff use to just laugh when I didn’t feel well as if my health is a joke. He also said I could go back to work the next day with the flu 😷 The front desk is absolutely horrible and lazy . SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and very disgusting when they get called out not doing their job.

The worst doctor and staff ever. I’m pregnant and think I have food poisoning, have been in pain since last night and wanted to double check. So I walked in with pain, the office let all patients with appointments before me even with them knowing my situation. I have been waiting for 3 hours so far and still counting. They don’t care about you at all! I told them if they’re gonna see me or I should go to my obgyn but they informed me only 1 patient in front of me, yet over 10 have went in and still waiting. There’s a reason for walk in when someone’s in pain and it’s not to be let in last and left in the waiting room for hours when something could have happened to my baby.

Absolutely horrible in regards to being responsible to patients. Over 5 visits back over an hour and a half ;after visit to have them send over prescriptions. Ignoring the doorbell while the pharmacy closes in 10 minutes. This comes after botching blood testing for a health form forcing a retake of my emt course costing me 700 dollars and time. A invalid new patient new age charge [19+] despite visiting 2 years ago at age 23. This office was a last resort before all this happened, now theyve earned the title. I recommed dr lazzara if he takes your insurance.
