A coworker recommended this practice. They're organized and prompt, the front desk picks up calls quickly, the off-hours answering service works promptly for weekend or overnight emergencies. The doctors themselves are excellent: friendly, returning calls quickly, listening to you patiently, and thorough without being alarmist. I've been a patient of Dr. Walker's for about a year. The 3 doctors (all women) seem to collaborate -- will call others in for quick second opinions, or you can easily get appts with another doc if yours isn't in the office that day. I'd send you there in a heartbeat.

Dr. Claire Binsol has been my primary physician for over eight years. I have referred a number of my friends and associates to her. She is extremely patient, caring and truly listens regarding any concerns or questions you may have. I appreciate that she talks with you while you are dressed...then proceeds to examine you after discussion. I do not exaggerate that she is the best doctor I have visited. If she needs to refer you to another physician for anything, those doctors in turn tend to be very similar to her in regards to a calm and soothing bedside manner. I have gone to other doctors who may be a bit surprised that I was referred based on Dr. Binsol's recommendation...that she is being a bit cautious. To that I say, I would rather have a test if I have a concern and it be negative...that to risk something being overlooked. To that end, I applaud her. On the flip side, if she truly feels you don't require tests or need to see a specialist, she will clearly explain why. My only complaint is the front desk. For the most part the ladies are courteous. However, one particular desk person is somewhat dismissive and rude in person and on the phone. They seem to have switched up recently from one particular desk person, an older woman who was much friendlier. Other than that, I highly recommend Dr. Binsol for your primary health care needs.

Doctor Binsol is one of my best doctor I've ever had. . She is the kind of doctor that everyone will love to have. I'm so happy she is my primary doctor. She is very patient,, she listens to every complain that you have, she is the kind of doctor who understands and feels your pain and always finds the right treatment to make you feel better. I couldn't asked for a better doctor. .

Not even deserving of one star, but had to rate it. Worst desk people ever. Made an appointment over the phone, showed up, and there was no record of the appointment. The girls were so incredibly rude, insensitive, obnoxious, and lacked any manners or empathy. The gal who was behind the desk said, "Out the door!" Never going back. Too many other Dr.s who have decent desk help.

TERRIBLE OFFICE, UNPROFESSIONAL! Dr Janicik wouldn't return my call for over 24hrs and when I called again she gave me attitude, refused to have routine bloodwork done during my annual physical and said things weren't her "specialty" pretty sure checking a womans health is your specialty but OK! She referred me to another MD for food intolerances and that CROOK but had me do extra testing (which billed my insurance) and later on told me they weren't the right doctor, and never even called me to give me the results! This doctor was her "friend" ! DO NOT TRUST!!
