Dr. Ayalon is simply a brilliant surgeon. I had Carpal tunnel release surgery last year , torn bicep repair, and rotator cuff surgery in April 2021. After my hand surgery I quickly regained feeling, and after therapy for a few months I regained my strength. My shoulder is still healing, but I have full range of motion already ! Wendy is just super efficient and helpful , I cannot thank her enough for all she's done for me. Dr. Ayalon made me feel so comfortable and at ease every step of the way . He is super caring and just an amazing Doctor. His office runs on time and everyone is super nice.

Dr. Ayalon is caring, thorough and knowledgeable. I was a new mom and was suffering from intense pain in my hand and wrist-which was impacting my ability to pick up my baby without pain. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided me with education about the condition and how we could treat it. My pain was gone!  He is very professional, personable, warm and a great listener. All the qualities I look for in a doctor. Truly a gem! HIGHLY recommended.

I have been seeing Dr Ayalon for over a year now for multiple hand issues. I find him personable and intelligent. My treatment has been collaborative, he is very patient in explaining implementations and options. I have no problems recommending him to others.

Dr. Ayalon is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable! I had gone to see a doctor before I met with him and in that previous experience I felt rushed, like I didn't have time to explain what was going on; i was pushed into one treatment without knowing exactly what all of my options were. When I met with Dr. Ayalon I felt like he took the time to understand exactly what was going on with me, quickly diagnosed me with De Quervain's tenosynovitis, and then explained to me the various treatment routes I could take. The difference was he took the time to explain to me what caused it and what would exacerbate it. I left the session feeling like I understood my prognosis and my options. He's truly wonderful!
