Doctors are really good here it's a bit of a wait if you come late but it's worth it

Romana and Dr. Tyseko are the absolute best! Ramona keeps you informed and Dr. Tyseko cares for you in ways that you do not find anymore!

Dr. Tseyko is a great doctor but the wait time is ridiculous, why I’m I waiting 3 hours to see a doctor when I have an appointment. While I was waiting I was able to get a new doctor who came highly recommended. This long wait and crowded small waiting room is not worth it.

It’s the worst place ever would never ever recommend this doctor’s office, the front desk staff is the worst have NO!!!! idea what they’re doing, Ramona Perez is clueless she should never be working with any patients. I called and clearly explained to her I am calling for a referral which the doctor told me at my last appointment I needed. I called the office from approximately 8:00 am and was constantly told “I will called you back” and NO ONE never returned my call, I called every hour and a half hoping that the front desk staff will simple fax over the referral form, at approximately 2:44 pm Ramona called me back, having my hopes high I was thinking this on going problem was finally resolved until I arrived to the doctors office that I was referred to, I was told by they front desk that my appointment was move to a later date because of Romona Perez, Romona called them and told them I never have a procedure done and I need that procedure to be completed before proceeding with the procedure and I clearly explained to Romona that I did everything that I was supposed to do and this referral is for another procedure in which Romona said “Oh ok, sorry I won’t know because I am not a doctor, and I will talk to the doctor and called you back,” in which she never did, (incompetence) I called again when I arrived at the doctors office I was referred to because Romona cancelled my appointment and when I ask her why Romona lie to me and tell me that’s not true that the front desk staff over there is lying to me, I really don’t believe her because this isn’t the first time I had this problem with Dr Tseyko’s staff it’s the 3 time they referred me to another doctor and everytime I encountered a problem, the worst part is Romona put me on hold and never ever got back to me and I called again and she send my called to the answering service twice and I did called again and they put the phone next to them and left it there for more then 10 minutes while they carry on a conversation in another language and then when I called back the last time to ask to speak to the doctor I was told the doctor DO NOT SPEAK TO HER PATIENTS OVER THE PHONE, As a medical provider myself I would never treat any patient in this rude and disrespectful manner. The behaviors of the staff at this office is unethical, and unprofessional even the last doctor I seen there she was on her cell phone texting and never went over my medical results with me.
