Dr. Norman Chan is terrific! I got referred to Dr. Chan by my general doctor. It turns out that seeing Dr. Chan is the best doctor-visit experience ever in my life. First, Dr. Chan is very attentive, caring and patient. After listening to my problem carefully, he treated it seriously and did a thorough health exam. Dr. Chan also took his time to explain my conditions and treatment options. Second, he remembers my request from the previous visit pretty well. I feel respected as a patient. Last but not the least, Dr. Chan's office is excellent overall. I receive timely reminders for my appointments and had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend Dr. Norman Chan to everyone who's looking for a great ENT doctor in the city!

Great experience! The highlight for me is always the ear cleaning which is done with a suction tool. Other ENTs I've been to either scrape the wax or have given me ear drops then flushed my ears with warm water. Both those methods always cause irritation and take a longer time. A visit to Dr. Chan is completely painless and fast. Definitely would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Chan is very friendly and understanding. He takes his time to listen to your needs and provides useful resources. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Chan! Also, wait time is not that long at his office which is great 👍🏾

Dr. Chan was phenomenal! He was extremely thorough with his examination. Dr.Chan gave me a great referral to an Audiologist to run some more exams. He followed up with me a day later after my audiologist appointment to provide me with the results. I can tell he genuinely cares for his patients, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I can't forget to mention how incredible his receptionist/assistants were.

Really bad bedside manner - did not look me in the eyes at all. Was relatively friendly otherwise, however I don't think I would go back to him again.
