Doctor with zero knowledge does not even speak clearly neither English or Russian. “I don’t really know what’s it about but you can keep taking your pills”, the just answer I got after he reviewed my tests results. However, I was told to make the follow up appointment in 6 weeks.

The office clerk was terrible. They will make you wait forever. ( I had to wait 3 hours although I had an appointment). He might be a good doctor, but, has no ethic. Found 2 nodules on my throat and asked me to see him 2 weeks after for sonogram. I insisted to get it at the same day since it was a 5 min procedure. He said I needed to get biopsy and asked me to see him 2 weeks after. When I get there 2 weeks after all he did was giving me a referral for biopsy. Only two minutes... In short, he wants you to see him often to get more money from the insurance company. You are treated as a CUSTOMER, but a patient. The ladies at the office are so rude. You should make them know that you are not a Russian, and not familiar with their behavior. Stay away...

The staff is so UNPROFESSIONAL I CALLED 3X TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEY 1ST KEPT PLACING ME ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIMES AND THEN WHEN I FINALL WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THEM I ASKED FOR THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT ONE STAFF SAID THIS WEEK FRIDAY AND THE OTHER RECEPTIONIST TOOK THE PHONE AND STRICKLY ASKED ARE YOU A NEW PATIENT I SAID YES AND SHE SAID OH WELL NO APPOINTMENTS NOT UNTILL SEPTEMBER VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely rude and dismissive staff, doctor and assistants. Avoid at all costs and don't give this guy any money!
