Dr. Patel is great! Since it was my first visit, I was feeling a little nervous but, he and his staff make me feel welcome and shortly I was feeling comfortable. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Today was my first appointment with Dr Patel. It's the best Dr. visit I have had in year. My personal ignorance led to a blockage of my left ear with wax. This may sound like nothing but in fact it's created large amounts of anxiety over the last several weeks. I was very nervous that removing the wax would be painful but it wasn’t painful in anyway at all. I now have my hearing back and I am a big fan of Dr. Patel, he's the best Otolaryngologists in NYC. I'd refer any of my friends or family to him. If i could give him 10 stars I would!

Went to see him due to my seasonal allergies and glad I did - the reviews were on point, Dr. Patel is great. He is personable and makes sure you are heard on your concerns and pain points. I'm deducting stars - office staff has room for improvement - had to call multiple times to get administrative things sorted like re-scheduled meeting that was not put into the system correctly, etc. Otherwise, extremely helpful and confident ENT I can trust in Manhattan.
