Dr. Naveen Pesala

Great Doctor! Very attentive to my needs and concerns about my health! Always on time, never late. Never had to wait past my appointment time. Office returns calls asap. Camila the doctor's assistant is awesome! She is always a helping hand when scheduling my appointments or getting any documentations based on my health. If you're looking for a great doctor and staff this is the place! I have been with this doctor for 5 years and will not go elsewhere. 100% patient satisfactory!

The office is located on the 2nd floor and is clean and spacious. The receptionist fee weed me with a smile and wash courteous. Dr.Pesala was attentive and has excellent bed side manner!! Dr.Pesala listened to my concerns and was engaging. If you want great medical care and a doctor who really cares. Please go to Dr.Pesala!! I have found my new primary care physician.

Dr. Pesala is absolutely fantastic, I had him for 2 years as my Primary Care doctor and he was always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him very highly. Sadly I’m moving away from NY but he’s great!

I did an annual exam, and when the results were available I was asked to schedule a call with the doctor to discuss them. I mentioned that I live close by and I don’t mind to stop by the office to discuss them face to face. Only after I realized I was charged about $90 for the visit. I didn’t like that nobody bothered to tell me I will get charged if I come to the office instead of getting the results over the phone.

My first visit, Dr. Naveen K. PesaI I chose this Dr. because his office was 10 minutes away from where I live. Dr. Pesala called me into his office, never said hello or introduced himself he almost seemed angry that I was there, he took my blood pressure and went back to his desk and started writing, I asked him what was my blood pressure, I couldn't believe it when he rolled his eyes and told me. Since I was sick he was unable to give me a flu shot and said that I should come back when I was feeling better, he constantly would speak to me while looking at his cumputer, he never made eye contact with me when he spoke... fast forward..the second time I went back his demeanor was worst than my last visit. I asked him a question and he snapped at me...the visit took less than 5 minutes he made it clear that he was not going to answer any questions that I might have had, just by the faces he made and lack of eye contact.When it was obvious that the visit was over he walked towards the door and I had been feeing a little dizzy and light headed so I asked him if he would take my blood pressure, again he rolled his eyes and walked back in the office, when I went towards the gurney, he said harshl, just sit down and pointed to a chair. He was really mad that I had asked him if he could take my pressure, I don't know what his hurry was because there was no one else in the waiting area.. Dr. Naveen K. Pesala had the audacity to give me another appointment. The next day I started thinking about how rude DR. NAVEEN K. PESALA was... twice, the first visit, I dismissed his rude behavior as maybe he was just having a bad day and I shouldn't take it personal, but it was personal, I was a patient..and Dr. Pesala was rude and extremely disrespectful. I called the next day and cancelled the appointment that he had the audacity to schedule. I also contacted my health insurance provider and my union delegate regarding my two visits with Dr. K. Pesala. I hope he reads this and I'm sure he will, Dr. N. Pesala..you might want to cut your fingernails, there's no reason why your nails should ever be that long!
