I have been with De Radionova for many years and can’t complain. She is professional and thorough even said by specialists I have seen in hospitals not affiliated with her. Dr Radionova is a very welcoming and kind.

I’ve had genuinely wonderful experiences with this office. I’ve faced a lot of weight based discrimination with doctors and Dr. Rodinova and her staff never have made me feel bad about being a plus sized patient; they always have treated my symptoms seriously and demonstrated compassionate holistic care and perform thorough evaluations and assessments according to what I believe to be best practices. Bella is so comforting and lovely and made me feel so much better. Only one visit I saw a nurse’s side or phlebotomist who didn’t wear gloves when drawing blood... but I am under the impression that she was not regular staff, and regular staff seemed to take my observation seriously. They always have been very good at referrals, med refills, answering the phone most of the time, and calling me by my preferred name. I always feel comfortable and I see other patients of size at this office regularly which is significant - the policy according to signs in office seems to be that patients are responsible for their own dietary choices which I take to mean that the philosophy of this office is nonharassment about diet / exercise simply on basis of BMI. This is not strictly speaking HAES but it certainly is more comfortable than most offices I have been to. The office is small and a little cramped, and the waiting area does have a grimy look to it, but ultimately the focus is really on patient needs. All this griping about wait time is a bit silly - I have been in and out in less than an hour more than once, and the office does a great job accommodating all clients.

I don’t even know where to start with this office. I went in for a physical and a PCP because I desperately needed one and they are close to home. My visit was just okay. The issues started after the doctor prescribed me a medication then I was later told the doctor needed to complete a quick call to my insurance in order to keep getting the medication. I’ve been calling for WEEKS and they keep giving me the run around. My insurance even tried calling and they they were telling my insurance to go on a website, when all they need to do is make a call. They are super unprofessional and I regret coming here so much. I’m switching doctors ASAP!!!

Horrible experience. I went for an appointment today and both secretaries had no mask (no mask in sight whatsoever), nurse had her mask below her chin the entire time including bringing me forms, going into the patient area etc., and the Doctor's mask was fully completely below her nose including when I watched her enter a room with a patient and walk a patient out of the office (right next to each other). I told one of the secretaries that I was uncomfortable with there being almost no masks at all (basically just Dr.'s mask covering her mouth and no other masks besides that) and she didn't care. I had to leave because it's clearly not safe and I can't imagine what kind of other horrific care they provide.
