Excellent medical care and a personable experience! Dr. Marks took care of all my needs and explained all options and procedures to me so we could come up with a personalized solution for my vein issues. The procedure was quick and painless with minimal recovery time. I would recommend Dr. Marks to everyone I meet!

I am a former patient of Dr. Natalie Marks and a had a horrifying experience with her. I visited her office to be treated for visible veins which I paid out of pocket for. I left my treatment to her discretion which was a huge mistake. I had a foam sclerotherapy procedure done and a few days after had an outbreak of veins all over my leg and developed a blood clot. The doctor obviously made a bad call but refuses to admit that. I had required more vein treatment to get rid of the mess on my leg that was caused by this. I let her continue to treat me as I was still paying out of pocket hoping to fix this. There is no improvement on my leg and now I have to see another specialist hoping to get rid of these unsightly veins which was caused by this treatment. On my last visit she was not willing to accommodate me at all and suggested I seek another opinion because there was nothing left for her to do, so I guess push up your mess in someone else. I also called my insurance company and found out my insurance was billed for all of these office visits and scans which were not performed even by other physicians besides Dr.Marks I requested my records and there were a lot of false notes like recording my blood pressure on every visit and scans that were never done. I am also placing a complaint against her with my insurance company as they advised me she a participating provider and should have not collected any money from me .
