Dr. Nancy Lau

I had a routine colonoscopy with Dr. Lau this morning for the first time, and I will definitely be coming back to her and her staff for future procedures. She has a busy, multilingual practice, but she runs everything so efficiently and personally that it's smooth sailing from start to finish. Dr. Lau is detailed, kind, and community-minded. Many thanks to her, Giovanni, William, and Yana for their warm and expert care. One tip about entering 139 Centre St: If the line for the elevator (limited to 5 people at a time because of Covid) goes out the building and down the street, you can take the stairs!

I have been seeing her for nearly 10 years. Extremely knowledgeable and great with details. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She is smart and kind as well as good communicator.

She’s very professional and calm yet very soothing and comforting. She takes her time to explain everything and listens to you very carefully. I am glad I found her.

My rating is strictly a reflection of the receptionist for Dr Lau’s office, Telessa, and not her. After my lab results were received by Dr. Lau’s office, I was told by Telessa that I had to wait an additional 4 days for Dr. Lao to call me with my results because they had a backlog of paperwork and that “I wasn’t the only patient”. The receptionist was rude and had zero empathy. While I had no issues with Dr. Lau herself, I will not be returning to her office.
