Dr. Nana Mensah-Nyante

Dr. Nana Mensah is one of the best primary physician I’ve visited. She is always welcoming, patient and thorough. She listens my concerns and answer my questions in a manner that’s easily understood.

I visited this practice and was seen by Dr. Mensah. From the registration process to my visit, I had a pleasant experience. The medical assistants and nurses were so pleasant. Dr. Mensah’s bedside manner was top notch and she made me feel very comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was patient, competent and extremely friendly. I will definitely visit this practice again!

I was very pleased with my experience at Medisys. I saw Doctor Nana Mensah for the first time and she was great. I can be a hard critic of Medical care places and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say Doctor Nana Mensah and all the other employees of Medisys Saint Albans made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick or need immediate care. I appreciated their follow-up and willingness to answer questions. Worst dental service ever. Hygienist very rude and kept poking my inner lips. Severe pain. Never go here for your dental cleaning. And receptionist took almost 45mins to get me set.

The fact that I could never get a hold of someone is freaking ridiculous..I have to call over 10 times and stay on hold for over 40 mins to still not get anyone and I would call for daysssss..I have an emergency question about my son and can’t get in contact with no1 godforbid I go there with no appointment they turning me around it’s a nightmare with these ppl I can’t wait to change his doctor office!
