This office is one of the BEST office. They are all very friendly and welcoming. The front desk lady named Suraya is very good. I am so glad to see her everytime I go because she is very sweet. I definitely recommend this medical care to everyone. You will NOT regret your experience here. Very clean and careful they are during this COVID time.

I went to Dr. Sultana’s office few weeks ago and I was very impressed with everything they arranged due to COVID-19. Everyone was social distancing themselves the environment was neat and clean. The stuff in the front desk was friendly and helpful. Suraya in the front desk always helped me with anything I didn’t understand, she is nice and charming. If you ask for mask or gloves they give you right away i like that they have all the supplies including hand Sanitizer.

I made an appointment as a new patient. The dr was very pleasant and professional. She listened to the patient and his needs. However, the front desk or the office should not overbook patients to make them wait for so long.

First time there and the doctor and doctors assistant was really nice and professional however the receptionists in the front didn’t look like they were at their job. They were so chilled out and didn’t really care. Very bad attitude and wouldn’t try and listen to what the party has to say just wants to talk over people.

This place is absolutely THE worst. The front desk ladies lack professionalism. Trainings for them are a must! They are to learn what professionalism is and what customer service means. This office is mainly in business because of the area it is located in; they are to learn to service their community better and I know they can do it once they learn to respect people and their time. If you’re able to speak and understand English. I would suggest you look else where. There are many many great doctors in the area who are able to provide decency and care for their patients. Apparently there’s someone by the name of Sara who works front desk; she has lied so many times about my prescriptions being ready and had the audacity to hang up the call. Disgusting. Please train your employees.
