hey guys, I'm sorry for giving a low rating and complaining but I think it's important to say this: there is no mask requirement for patients. The place is like a small living room with not a lot of seats. Another patient coughed on me and then we got into an argument, he told me that 'if I'm immunocompromised I shouldn't be there' which of course I'd choose to have the appointment virtually, but that isn't offered. I went outside and called the receptionist office to see if there was anything I could do, but the receptionists didn't care. They weren't rude until the end of the conversation (in which you place the phone on the desk and talk to other people until the patient gets frustrated and hangs up, I know these tricks because I also used to work at a medical office), because the conversation was going in circles. The only solution they had to offer me was that I should either reschedule or wait until that guy leaves. No matter what I asked from them they had no accommodations for COVID, especially now that it's spiking again, and this is a conversation I could have over the phone because I just need results from my MRI. Overall very unprofessional and made me feel like my health was not a priority.
