If I could give it zero stars, I would definitely put that if that was an option. I called the doctors office for my fathers medication refills and I couldn't believe how long I was on hold. I called in the morning and I was on hold for 25 minutes. Then I called again in the afternoon and that lasted 23 minutes. Its unbelievable. The receptionist really need to do their job, because when I go; I see them put the calls on hold while they gossip. There is no need for that nonsense. Dr. Milagros needs to find new receptionist asap. Maybe people who actually do their job right and dedicate their time to people and their needs .

Wish there was an option for no star! They do not deserve a single star awful front desk service. Awful office support system. Doctor needs to get rid of staff and hire people that actually want to work and care.

The wait is unbelievably long and she’s always in a rush, and when I call for my mother’s medication refills, she takes days or doesn’t send them at all. we have to keep calling. Same goes for forms that need to be filled by the doctor. she takes weeks even months and it’s just horrible!! I also went to see her for a physical and when I went to pick up the form, they couldn’t find my chart lol and they also lost my test results so I had to retake it. This place is a joke. We need to find a new medical doctor.

The doctor Milagros Hernandez is rude. My mother came to see this Doctor for the first time. My mom had several questions about her lupus condition and every time she had a question, this doctor would not listen to her and seemed bothered when asked questions. I don’t feel comfortable going to a doctor that is not willing to listen to my concerns. She also does not provide any solutions for concerns such as having pain. She just rolls her shoulders and dismiss it by saying she needs to go to see another specialist. The fact that she seems that she doesn’t care about her patients and just comes in for a paycheck is absolutely horrible .
