Dr. Shpak is our family doctor. I would recommend Dr. Shpak for everybody who are looking for physician. He is very professional, kind and all your complaints is taking very seriously. Two times in my life he said diagnosis before I made all tests and went to specialists. He knows everything just by American law some sickness can treat specialists only.

Can't really rate doctor since I never got a chance to meet him I never got past the front desk Extremely rude front desk receptionist Since I was looking for a long-term PCP I wasn't gonna deal with this nastiness for years to come Not a good first impression you had 1 job "customer service" You failed miserably
