In 2018 while playing basketball I suffered an ACL rupture and medial meniscus tear in my right knee. The trauma was not diagnosed until 7 months later when running and jumping became too wobbly and painful. The diagnosis was shocking, I was morbidly afraid of surgery and adamant about finding the right doctor to trust with my body.
