Professional and nice personnel, clean environment. They are busy, but once they see you they give you the best service. Very professional friendly staff at the reception area, clean environment. Had an 11:00 appointment, sat for 30 mins which wasn't bad considering it was a busy morning so I was good with that compared to other visits I had elsewhere that took about 45 min to an hour. This being my first time there Doc Vera covered all her bases and answered all my concerns/recommendations. Very satisfied so far will make this office my primary physician.

Best medical experience ever! The whole process starting from scheduling an appointment to completion of consultation with a doctor was very easy and pleasant. Doctor Vera Orlando, who examined me, is the specialist with high professionalism and diligence, she was so kind to listen and explain everything to me thoroughly. Today was the first time I visited this office. I've found it hard to find a doctor with a good bedside manner.I saw Dr. Li today and he was thorough, courteous and did not make me feel rushed at all, like some doctors in the neighborhood do. Also the medical assistant , Faruza was very professional and personable. A great overall experience. I would highly recommend this office.
