Dr. Oakley is absolutely amazing! He is an excellent diagnostician, in addition to being an excellent physician in general. He is the ONLY choice for a primary care physician as far as I am concerned. His office staff is incredible as well. In 5 years, the ony time I have had a long wait was when an emergency situation developed and in that situation his staff stepped in to quickly and prefessionally sot things out. There is no one I would trust more with my health care.

Every visit I've had to wait over an hour, almost 2 hours. Now waiting on test results over a week since he received them! Inefficient and lacking common courtesy while waiting for appts and results. He is way under-staffed with only one nurse, who is so over-worked she can't help but be rude to all patients.
