Dr Aziz has been my doctor for the last 5 years. As my general doctor I couldn’t ask fro someone who is more knowledgeable, attentive and professional. He has also helped me greatly with wellness and my struggles with weight. His staff are always friendly and accommodating and it’s pleasure each time I visit the office. Great Doctor and great people who work with him!

Have had nothing but positive interactions with Dr. Aziz and his staff. Have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment and his assistants have been great following up on appointments and prescriptions. Dr. Aziz has a great bed side manner who genuinely cares about his patients and always has time for questions.

So I started going to Dr. Michael Aziz in the last week of August of 2022, its now (12/29/2022) almost the end of the year and the doctor and his associates are very professional and the wait time is like maybe 5 - 10 minutes. Some treatment services maybe out of network for insurance coverage, however I took a chance and now today my blood health and appearance improved compared to my 1st visit. There are other doctors in his office, I also see Dr. Chaglassian who I also recommend.

I just found out about peptide therapy and found Dr. Aziz from a Google search. From first glance he has a lot of 5 star reviews so I made an appointment to see him last Friday. His office is located in midtown east on Madison and 52nd street on the 11th floor. Upon entering the office it seems like a normal waiting area albeit small and cramped. I fill out a phone book worth of paperwork and wait for Dr. Aziz to see me. Upon entering Dr. Aziz's office I notice his office is very tiny and looks run down. The paint on the walls are peeling, he doesn't have the usual placards on the wall with diplomas and awards that you would normally find in a doctors office. Strange since he claims to be the leader in peptide therapy. Anyways the visit is okay, a little rushed and he seems to want to run more tests on me then I came in for. He wants to run my blood work and tries to push hormone replacement therapy on me. I was only looking for information on peptides and to place an order. Upon finishing the exam I am told that the order for the peptides is $350 and I can pay upfront on my way out. The nurse (i think shes a nurse?) who has a tattoo on the side of her neck (red flag) quickly takes my payment and says it will be here by Monday or latest Tuesday. Today is Tuesday. I call this morning to see if my peptides had arrived. The woman who answered says that the order hasn't been placed but they will try and get it overnighted from the lab. She says she will call me right back when she speaks with the lab. 3 hours later, still no call from the office so I call back. This time the same woman says that the lab should've sent over a tracking number and she will call them and give me a call right back. 1 hour later I call back since they don't like to call patients back. This time another woman gets on the phone and is rude and says, "dude it's only Tuesday you should relax because it takes some time to get the stuff." RED FLAG!!!! At this point I've had enough running around by this office and ask for a refund. This is when I get hung up on and have to call back. The next person to answer the phone proceeds to tell me that the order has been placed already so they can't refund me. RED FLAG!!! Such a scam operation. I can't believe they're even in business. Turns out after doing some more digging past the fake 5 star reviews there are similar cases just like mine. I've reported them to American Express and now this shady office can deal with Amex as I get a refund from them. Kind of had a feeling when I was paying for this order that I should use American Express in case things went sideways. Moral of the story - always listen to your gut and really read the reviews! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED DR. OFFICE!!!!
