I gave a 1 star because when I met Dr Ammirati he was quite professional. I scheduled a 9 am procedure on Monday January 10. I arrived to his office by paid vehicle at 8:20 am. The owner let me in. I waited in a cold hallway outside his office till 9:10 am until receptionist arrived. No one had keys to enter the office. I waited until 9:30 am and then left. Very unprofessional.

My god I thought that the other reviews were joking. It’s been 3 weeks I haven’t gotten my results and I called them just for them to lie to me and say they don’t email results, I need to come in. Then they said they only fax or mail it. Then she goes the doctor needs to sign off on your results, then I go so get him on the phone and let him tell me the results. She goes he doesn’t do over the phone. He should atleast do me that favor for taking so long, she said he just left the office now… this place is a joke of a practice a disaster if anything. Don’t go

Dr Ammirati is great but his staff is useless. Every time I go there they manage to screw something up, from forgetting to release prescriptions to keeping me waiting for hours to accidentally hanging up on my calls. The facilities are also not great. I would go elsewhere next time just because the office staff is so horrible to deal with.

Do not go here. Literally the most incompetent staff you will ever deal with in your life. Only one competent worker on their team. They will reschedule or miss-schedule your procedure over and over again. Most of their clients are older, I cannot imagine why these poor people must suffer through this.
