I called to make an appointment to remove wax, got 1001 questions into details of my personal life for no reason whatsoever, including "emergency contact", all before even inquiring what service am I calling regarding! (emergency contact to remove wax?!) So if the question interview time waste with a rude receptionist fine with you, the please go right ahead and call for an appointment! PS.. AT Doctor; find a more creative way to assign one a hearing test for no reason to bill for personal profit!!!
