What an amazing doctor and staff!! I walked into the office barely being able to walk from excruciating hip pain. Within a few sessions, I was better than new! I now go weekly for an adjustment. I've become a firm believer in chiropractic care. So much so, that I now bring my daughter for adjustments too. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Keller and her great staff!

Although my Chiropractor moved out of state, he told me he was putting me in good hands with Dr. Keller. I like chiropractic for overall wellness but also knew my neck was not in the best shape. Its been about a month and after pointing out the serious nature (xrays)of my neck issues Dr. K suggested an intensive protocol using the decompression machine. I've had about 5 sessions on the machine and can actually feel space opening up between my disks. Excited to see the progress as the treatment continues.

At first, the place seemed ok, received my first consultation, and spinal decompression. Went downhill from there. First I was told the service would cost $125, aside from what insurance covers, turns out it's $175. The first session of spinal decompression did absolutely nothing, I voiced my opinion and was told they have to start slow first. Ok, they are the professionals so I trusted the process. My second appointment I show up and was not able to get the service done, the woman that made the appointment told me, well I didn't know what you were coming for, and didn't have a care in the world that I traveled 1 hours to get there as if I have a flying carpet, and my time wasnt valuable at all. I was seen for 5 mins. And didn't receive any sort of treatment, but im sure my insurance was charged. Third and final appointment, I finally was able to get the treatment, I again voiced my concern about the first treatment, that it was not working for me, I was talked over as if I didn't know what I was talking about, so we went forward with the treatment again...it didn't work for me, but guess what, I still had to pay another $175. So $350 and 3 appointments in, nothing at all was done for me, I felt like I shouldn't have even gone there. But we live and learn, and I would never go back there again. The customer service is 👎

Medical malpractice: communication with certified nurse it was a scheme?, interfered doctors visits, returning me back to work and with severe injuries?

They will just take your monney !! One visit is enough to understand they just wanna rip you off!!
