He saw me 39 years ago when he was on ocean parkway and then I looked for him at his new office back 2004 , all I could say is that he is a great doctor, with great experience and great personality, I wish I still lived in NY to see him again. May Allah bless you doctor Adler and I wish you the best of health , shalom

I saw Dr. Adler on 9/1 - he told me i needed a CT scan. Front desk gave me my referral and all 3 ladies there told me a few times to "not call us, we'll call you when we get authorization for the CT scan"...After waiting 7 whole days for them to call me, i called them and said how its been 1 week and whats going on with my authorization?! she says "oh idk, just call the MRI place and see if they got it" ..(as if it was no big deal) - So i call the MRI place and the lady is like "that makes no sense, we dont get an auth code until you make an appt with us" and was baffled at what the staff at Dr. Adlers did. So now i have my appt set for the CT scan which isnt for ANOTHER WEEK and will go to a new Dr. to get the results read and continue my process. I really wanted to stick with Dr. Adler, but his unprofessional and uncaring staff has ruined that. i absolutely can not believe they made me sit around for 1 week for NOTHING. i cant ever trust my health with them again

I went to this doctor because he had very good reviews on Zocdoc but he clearly didn’t care about me and my nose.

I went to this doctor because he was recommended as I was having vertigo and needed to know if it was my inner ear. This doctor saw me for like 1 minute and had his audiologist run tests on me that were not done in a professional matter. After all these tests, this Dr. Adler told me that there was nothing wrong with my ears and was paid by my insurance a lot of money only to give me a wrong diagnosis. I did an MRI that proved it was most likely my inner ear. Don’t go here because he doesn’t care about doing a full examination on you and refers you to his audiologist to give a diagnosis. I was so disgusted with how this ENT can get away with this unprofessional work ethics.
