Dr. Matthew Hepinstall

I have been seeing Dr Hepinstall for 2 years now. I have finally decided to get a total knee replacement. I feel Dr Hepinstall is an excellent doctor who wants the best outcome for his patients. He really cares!!! He is professional, and very knowledgeable. He listened to all my concerns, and he explained everything in a way I could understand. I thank god he’s my doctor.

I had a half-knee replacement with Dr. Hepinstall. I was overjoyed when he said he could do that rather than a full knee. The operation was short, the pain minimal and I could walk that day. Not only was the procedure smooth, but Dr. Hepinstall checked in on me to see how I was doing. Every time I called his office, he personally called me back. I felt he really cared and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with his information. Likewise his team members were all responsive, compassionate, friendly and helpful. EXCELLENT!!!

I had a remarkable experience with Dr Hepinstall. Both of my knees were done and I am walking again. I would suggest that has knee or hip issues and needs replacement surgery to contact him. Very personable and explains everything. One of a kind!

Terrific doctor - he handled the replacement of my right hip back in 2016, leaving this here because I just heard he's leaving Northwell. So grateful I wound up with him... I followed all his instructions for recovery and 3 years later, I'm walking 5-15 miles a day, absolutely no pain. Truly changed my life for the better.
