she was recommended by another doctor in the network for fibroid surgery. She was extremely informative of what was going to go on. Her bedside manner is very direct and straightforward which I personally prefer. She is also pretty funny too.

After losing my husband suddenly I became an only parent. Every decision after that has to be thought out atleast 30 times before taking action. I’d been dealing with some issues I knew I had to handle eventually but I was just so afraid. Anything could go wrong. The smallest surgery is a big deal. I met with Dr Tessler for a surgical consult on June 7th. Coincidentally that would’ve have been my husbands 42nd bday. I was super nervous but knowing we were meeting on his bday made me a lil more confident. Sitting with her to talk through my issues and her plan of action was actually pretty amazing! I left her office feeling happy, confident and most importantly comfortable. I am now 5 wks PO and while I had a few set backs in my recovery everything went as smooth as possible. She was amazing. Her team is amazing. She was so comforting and just cool. She kept me at ease and confident throughout this entire process. So I bid 1000 Thank yous to Dr. Tessler. There really are no words to describe my gratitude. She is A1!!!!

Dr Tessler is great. She doesn't sugar coat and she's very honest. If you can't handle that she's not the doctor for you. If you want a OBGYN you feel you can be honest with and who will be honest back, she's the doctor for you! I've gone to her for years and she has performed surgery on me as well.

Never felt more uncomfortable in a doctors presence and I 've dealt with a fair share in my endometriosis journey so far. I learned a lesson to read physician reviews going forward because if I would have looked at hers prior I would have never scheduled an appointment with her.

Dr. Tessler is great, but her staff is horrible and not helpful. I just tried making an appt. with Dr. Tessler to follow up on a procedure she did two years ago. I thought it would be best to go back to her to have the same procedure done. Her staff told me I have to wait a YEAR (yes 1 Year) because I have not seen Dr. Tessler in two years. This is the dumbest process, and unfortunately the reason why she will lose patients and get low ratings. I was told I should find a new doctor if I cannot wait for the year. Thanks Dr. Tessler, you hired a great staff.
