I started seeing Dr. Koutsos early on in the pandemic... I find him to be a very calming and kind doctor. He listens. I like that you can see him both as a GP and a gastro. I would recommend him to anyone, just stick to seeing him out of one office location (this is the case with most docs in NYC).

Dr. Koutsos is an excellent physician! I was able to get an urgent appointment with him through Zocdoc for a very painful unpleasant situation. He listened, examined, and came up with a treatment plan that was quite helpful. He was friendly and a good listener. His staff were also friendly, upbeat, welcoming, and efficient.

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!! went this place 1 year ago March for check up. Saw the Doctor did some scan at the office then they sent me to the blood test and X-Ray. my appointment was 2 weeks later. in one week office called me, saying because of the Covid-19 they were temporarily closing the office and they will call me as soon as they open. Never Ever Received a call or text massage. today the front desk lady (right side) saying that I had appointment and I never showed up. WRONG WRONG AND WRONG!!!! I did all the testing blood + xray and never go back makes no sense. I would never recommend this place to anybody on the world
