You can visualize an incredible perspective of gastroenterologist. Dr. Mark Chu is very informative about colonoscopy procedure. He have great potential mentoring his patients with positive inspirations. The atmosphere and system super organized. Thank you very much for this awesome experience of colonoscopy!! I’ll come back to get a endoscopy in the future! 🙏🏻

Completed upper and lower endoscopy at Downtown Gastroenterology today! What a great experience. Staff is so accommodating, took me right in and had me set up. Anesthesiologist was calm, good natured and very detail oriented. Dr. Mark Chu whom completed my procedure was also very patient, and went over the details of my exam in a way one could really understand. Highly recommended - get your colonoscopy screening!

Possibly one of the most truly decent humans on this planet! Not only is he a kind person, but also an unbelievably skilled doctor. He's helped me feel human again.

The most unprofetionnal doctor ever. Scheduled an appointment via ZocDoc, for 4pm because I was sever stomach pain. Left work early to go to his office, when I got there, they couldn’t find my name. So the lady added me and processed the paper work. Waited an hour for them to tell me the doctor left and they were so sorry. And they had the audacity to ask me if I want to reschedule. Really? I left work early ( even though I was very very very busy at work ) to come see a doctor who doesn’t care about his patient? No thank you. First and last time Dr Mark Chu.

This is the worst office. No professionalism at all. They scheduled an appt for my son. He takes the day off from work and when he arrives, the office is closed. Tried calling the next day, and this nasty ladie named Betty picks up the phone. She does not let me explain anything, and when she finally lets me speak, she tells me that I'm lying because the office was open. Then I tried speaking with an office manager, but so convenient for her, the office manager is on vacation. They have appt's available so soon but of course no one wants to come to an office where the staff is so unprofessional. Highly dissapointed!
