Dr. Jayaram is an excellent surgeon. My husband had an accident and severed 2 tendons in his shin. He had to have emergency surgery and we were fortunate that it was Dr. Jayram who was on call that weekend. My husband's tendons are healing nicely and he barely has a scar. I would highly recommend Dr. Jayram.

If you want to spend hours and hours sitting around to see a brutish Doctor, then this is the place for you. You can make an appointment, and still expect to wait over an hour. My appointment was for 3:30 and its 4:40 and I'm still here. The office isn't full, he's just slow. My first time meeting Dr. Jayram was 2 days after my finger was almost cut off; he was extremely rough and insensitive in regards to my pain and then expected me to come back to him to have my stitches removed (which I didn't.) This is my last time having to come here, I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to come to this place. It is now 4:57pm and I'm still sitting here. I wish I could give this office a negative star rating.

went to Dr. Jayaram due to pain in my foot, and knees. I arrived on time and filled out paper work, and everything. As I'm waiting for my turn to have an x-ray, a man comes in and is yelling about his service. He keeps saying "Dr. Jayaram you didn't treat my right." This is also on crutches, so it seems as if Dr Jayaram performed surgery on him. I brush this incident off, and then get called for my turn for x-rays. The referral only says knees, and I explain to the assistant that my doctor made a mistake and didn't also write feet. She just kept giving me attitude and never listened to what I was saying. When i'm done with the x-ray, i get called into the office, and Dr. Jayaram within five minutes tells me to go and get x-rays of my feet. I then go back, and explain to the lady on the counter that i need to get an x-ray for my feet now. Mind you this is only a hassle for me, due to me now having to wait even more for the doctor, but instead I get attitude by the lady. She doesn't believe what i'm saying, and goes to ask Dr. Jayaram himself. With all that done, i take with the doctor, and he is nice. He checks my x-rays in front of me, makes my walk, and show him my feet and knees. He also gives me the ansers i need, and explains that i have bones in my feet that are joining together, and that i would need surgery. He tells me to go to the front desk, and ask for a orthopedic surgeon who accepts my insurance in Columbia Hospital, and for his or her number. I do exactly that, and then the lady in front throws a whole tantrum. She just starts yelling, "how am I supposed to do that! I don't know all the doctors! Thats your job!" I explain to her that the doctor told me to ask, and that whenever i go to a doctor, and he refers me to another, I am given a name, and phone number to call, but not for this lady. Dr Jayaram also has like 5-7 other people working, but in reality they all just seem to be doing nothing, and are now staring at this women who is throwing a tantrum. Dr Jayaram, from my experience is a good doctor, but with my experience, i would never recommend this place.

Wow this is the worst . O stars . The secretary is bitter i try to make an appoiment and she was no no no very negative . Im calling cause of a referral not be cause i want to . She could get my appoiment . And what does she care if i can take a public bis or wait for my own ride . So rude shes like 330 or nothing after cause there a lot of stuff to do and its impossible . If she do t want to stay there after 4 the look for another job . Doctors are suppose to help people she should not be working there .
