Great staff Alicia Wagner, my receptionist thank you for the warm welcome, and thank you for being informative and helpful. Dr. Mariya Rozenfeld professional who will treat you as a family! I have been seeing a few in my life, and in different countries so I can compare. Dr.Rozenfeld spent time explaining the plan. She made me comfortable, then she talked to me during the exam, and, then explained it again! I felt fully engaged in my care, comfortable with her recommendations, and walked out a plan! Recommend! Thank you doctor.

This was my first visit to Dr Rozenfeld. Her staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Dr Rozenfeld was a pleasure. She was gentle, kind and answered my questions. I felt like I could talk to her without feeling like I was bothering her. The follow up on the Langone portal was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Dr Rozenfeld.

My previous GYN, as it seems, closed his practice due to Covid. In my search for a replacement, I was worried and hoped for the best. Well, the outcome exceeded my hopes. As I feel so privileged to have found Dr. Rozenfeld. She is remarkably professional & very knowledgeable in her field. All, entwined with a super pleasant personality and kindness, as well as outstanding bed manners. It is evident that her top priority is the patient's well being and it, most definitely, shows. In addition, she ensures to answer any questions that you may have, with facts, patience, compassion and sincere care. I can only hope that many doctors will follow this remarkable approach and path!! Today was my 2nd annual visit and it was as excellent as the 1st one! Thank you Dr. Rozenfeld and God Bless! S Mizrahi How my initial 5 stars, sadly, are reduced to zero. Wow. My dad used to tell me that it is only in time of trouble where the truth about people reveals itself. He was so right. Today I was shocked to be rebutted and discarded, by, both, the nurse and the clerk. They, basically, encouraged me to seek another Dr. That is for, merely, sending a message to the doctor asking if I can see her for an urgent issue. The clerk replied, and not the doctor, that the next available appointment is over two months away. Subsequent to that, during my conversation with the nurse, who demonstrated indifference, hostility and lack of ability to reply to my medical concerns, she advised me to seek another GYN. How unethical, horrid and disheartening this was. Stay away from this place. Do yourself, as a woman, who values and cares for her well-being a favor. Stay away. The staff is allowed to do as they please, with no procedure in place, and, basically, act as medical entities, without the qualifications. This can bear grave concequences to your diagnosis and well-being as a patient.

It is Impossible to get the appointment. Had 2 appointments, one was canceled by the office( they never told me about this. Wasted my day, because they were not able to reach me. I have never received a single call from them.) Waited another month to get the next one. When I came there, doctor didn't have enough time for me. They told me to make another one. 4 months wasted . Look for the better offices

This horrid 👹 "doctor" gave me PTSD for the rest of my life. She treated me like a lab 🐭 rat. I went through so much pain. No apology, no empathy, nothing. She has no business being a doctor. Stay away from her!
