The nurse and Med Tech were nice, but I'm not very happy with the whole experience. They claimed on my insurance that I had cervical cancer screening although nothing was done on me (no pap smear/ultrasound done) Will not go back.

I have been a patient for about three-four years and am totally frustrated with the overall experience. Wait times are always at least 2 hours. The Rego Park office is tiny and therefore it is always crowded and patients are disrespectfully forced to wait in the hallway. Staff is not friendly and trying to get these people on the phone to make an appointment is nearly impossible. Everytime the pharmacy needs to call in a refill for a prescription they can never get through to the office staff and they wind up calling me asking if i could have Dr. Santos' office respond to their numerous attempts to have my medications refilled. I must then keep calling until someone answers the phone or returns my call. A recent occurrence happened last week when I saw and greeted Dr. Santos. I said hello to her and her response to me was "Oh --- It's You. " Her response made me feel disrespected and apprehensive. I do not know why she would respond to me in such an uncaring and unprofessional manner but how am I supposed to trust someone with my health-related concerns if they couldn't care less about me. Very dissatisfied.

Very bad service. Female Physician Assistant (PA) was Facebooking while seeing a patient and forgot to prescribe diabetic medication. Staffs are always BZ with other work. 0 satisfaction. One of the Female Nurse and the Male PA were the only two people we found friendly. You will not see the doctor at all. It's the PA running most of the show.
