I think Dr. Loo is brilliant. He diagnosed my Interstitial Cystitis years ago. He came recommended to me by my OB/GYN. I agree that his wait time in his Canal Street office can be LONG. But just come in knowing that and you will be fine.

Arrived at 1 pm but be seen at 3:40 pm. The longest wait I ever had. See the doctor for 15 minutes. Very busy office. Should respect patient't time and not to overbook.
