Like all other reviews, the doctor is nice and competent. However, what I don't like is that they always overbook and I always end up waiting over an hour before seeing the doctor.

The Doctors are always nice and welcoming. The problem I have is with one of the receptionists, she always has an attitude when I get on the phone to make an appointment or if I have some sort of question. Last time I called she was very rude and I didn’t want to leave a bad review but today she did the same thing so I’ve had it. She needs to learn how to talk to people nicely.

Worst place ever. Be careful when you go to this place, they don’t even what they’re doing. My husband went there for a physical exam and when he got there they didn’t even know what he was there for. When they called him inside, a guy came and started to put a bunch of cables on my husband body but then my husband ask him what is that for cuz he’s had physical test before but not like this, that’s when the guy realized that he was making a mistake. That test was not for my husband but for another patients who suffered from heart problems. That’s why I’m telling you this people don’t know what they’re doing. And on top of that they make him wait for hours. Never going back again.

Doctor is nice but the receptionist is very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk with patients. Very unprofessional. Every time I visit here. She gives bad vibes. The reason i come here is because it is close to my home. She needs to get professional training

Fake Medical Staff! I have been living in NY for 20 years during this long years I have seen different Doctors, Dermatologists, and other medical specialists. They were all very professional. But this week( first weeks) of October 2020 accidentally I run into this Dr. Levan Khasidy, how it happened? Please bear with me for a few seconds, I am going tell you step by step. I am patient of Marco A. Garcia MD Clinic located in Elmhurst. On October 1, 2020, I stopped by to see Doctor Marcos A. Garcia's Urologist, in the waiting room, there is a big sign on display of this Urologist, Levan R. Khasidy, the sign on display also describes the medical procedure that this urologist does in this Clinic. Well, like any normal time, when a person is not feeling well goes to see a Doctor. I believe if you have sights problems, you go to see an optometrist, if you have gastritis, ulcer, you have to see an gastroenterologist, if you a tooth problem, you go to see a dentist, etc...it was the case that I have to see an Urologist, I ask the male receptionist if that Dr. Levan R Khadidy could see me, he puts me on hold, double checks and replies, Yes to my question. Up to the point everything was fine, I mean it wasn't my first time coming to see a doctor at this Clinic, the process of the appointment to see Doctor Marcos A. Garcia' s Urologist was going smoothly, I paid $200 cash. Is the price for anyone who wants to see the Urologist; by the way, Doctor Marcos A Garcia doesn't take credit card for his Urologist. Anyway, I was first on Line, it was my lucky day I guess, the medical assistant calls my name, I come into the medical room he asks me a few questions, normal medical procedure, when finally the time comes to see Dr. Levan R. Khasidy, I want to meet him and tell him everything what was bothering me. So, the medical assistant takes me to get to see the Urologist, he opens the door of an adjacent room, and to my Surprise, I see a female Dr., I was Flabbergasted! Anyway, first thing I thought was, may be Doctor Levan is sick and someone else is representing him. You know Covid 19 is every where. Anyway, this Urologist never introduces herself to me, she proceeds to ask some questions about what brought me in that day, but before that, For a second she seems very confused, disturbed, and nerves. Anyway, I verbalize the Urologist? about the symptoms that I have. She prescribes some Medications and says that in one week from that day I should go to an office in Forest Hills for a urine test. I leave out the room and ask the medical assistant to give a receipt for today's Visit to Dr. Marcos A Garcias Clinic. He disappears for a few seconds, comes back and hands over to me a receipt that looks like the one I get when I go buy something at a 99 DOLLAR STORE. I check out the receipt and to my Big Surprise! I see the name of Dr. Levan R. Khasidy? who is a Male Dr.; up to this point I got very skeptical! I start having second thoughts of this female Urologist and I ask the medical assistant about why the Urologist who just assisted me didn't write her name on the receipt and also why she was writing the name of someone who I have never met! The medical assistant goes nuts, he starts to mumble and replies that I'm a difficult patient? I keep questioning the male medical assistant cause I want to know the name of the Urologist and I also ask him to tell me if She was a real Urologist? Due to my upright insistence and my urge to know who the hell was the Urologist working in Dr. Marco's A. Garcia's Clinic, I was finally told that the Name of the Urologist? WHO IS NOT AN UROLOGIST BUT A NURSE PRACTITIONER! UNBELIEVABLE! I was FURIOUS because I was paying to see a Real Urologist not a nurse practitioner! Despite of what is ethical or not, it's the lack of human decency, integrity, and professionalism of Dr. Marco Garcia for allowing this irregularities that are condemnable and punishable by the Government and the Medical Board Association! The nurse practitioner forging the name of an Urologist? Is it legal?
