Dr. Manuel Mejia

Dr. Mejia is the best doctor! Nevermind an office worker that that was not nice to me today. I had a physical done and I paid $25. I was a little surprised about this fee, but then she reminded me that I was charged for the lab portion. I asked her if she could fax the information to my workplace. She mentioned that she made one attempt and that she wasn't able to do it. I asked her if she could try again another time. She smiled and shook her head, "No". Then I said, "Why not?" She said, "Because it's your responsibility". Yes, she was right. However, she allowed this fact to outweigh her need to display some courtesy-the same kind of courtesy that she could have appreciated for herself or loved one if they were on the other side of the desk. I had no additional reply and promptly left the office. I will not let allow this one experience to keep me from returning to this office. Dr. Mejia is an exceptionally kind, attentive, and competent person. I believe he is an anointed individual that has answered his calling. I can say the same thing about most of his medical staff. I have been a client for the past few years and all of my experiences at this office were great until today. I look forward to a great experience the next time I come in for an appointment.

Dr. Manuel Mejia is a patient and very prepared person, I have been visiting him for 10 years and to this day everything he has told me over the years is what he is, doctor, thank you very much, blessings and may you continue to progress together to your good team.

The Dr is amazing the nurses too but the receptionist they are the worst I've never seen such an unprofessional staff they suck.

The medical assistants provide horrible service. It takes 4-5 hours waiting to be able to see the doctor, only to have a 15 minute appointment. This is due to the poor care, archaic system, subpar processes and procedures. The nurse, medical assistants, and the receptionist quite bluntly just do not care about the patients. It is unacceptable behavior especially when they are providing a medical service which directly affects people’s lives.

First of all just because the staff is nice does not mean that there is great service being provided. All of them are nice but unprofessional. I called them to make sure that i can be taking care off as a walk in needed blood work and a drug test for my upcoming job. Told me to be here before 4pm got there before 3pm. stood there for about 3 hours they filled some paper work and then told me close to 5pm that they couldn't attend me. They knew it was for a job and they still manage to waste my three hours of my life....... you know cause I got nothing better else to do on my only day off!!!!!
