Dr. Manana Petrov

This practice is crowded yes, and most times the wait is super long but the staffs do their best. They schedule appointments to specialists for you (most places give you the referral and send you on your way), they try to be accommodating of patients by going beyond the requirements of a practice. Most of the negative reviews I see here are pointless, if you cant stand the wait or if you feel your doctor's office is so terrible, THEN CHANGE YOUR PCP! Most medical practices wont hesitate to drop patients. People complain but yet according to their posts, stays with the doctor for years. If you're so unhappy with your PCP, you have the right to change doctors. She has been my doctor for over 12 years and everyone of my family members go to her. No one is forcing anyone to stay with her; people stay because she and the NP are both great at what they do. If you cannot be objective in your thinking do us all a favor and keep all negativities to yourself.

Worst patients in all of Brooklyn. Dr. Petrov is wonderful. Her staff is overwhelmed with the rude patients. One woman screaming at the staff because she forgot to sign in. Horrible class of patients. Lowest of the low. Dr. Petrov and staff 5 stars. Patients 1 star. Try and ignore patients to get to Doctor. Worth it.

I have to agree with the 1 and 2 stars reviews. I’ve been trying to reach someone at this office for the past two weeks and when I finally got someone, they didn’t even ask me what I needed. Instead, they were stuck on the fact that I didn’t address them correctly (didn’t call the doctor, doctor). We spent the entire call on this topic. Note: the call back was actually from “Dr Manana Petrov”.

Worst hospital ever, they never pick up the phone. They don't send prescription on time, when they actually du they send the wrong medication. And it's always a long wait.
