Such a Hurrasment experience I just had today. I was a new patient of dr Ludmila and had an appointment at Bay Ridge location. Came with an emotional problems due to a recent divorce and my moms Altzamers condition. I told her that I can’t stop myself crying. She said that I have to see psychiatrist, and she can not help me. Our appointment lasts only 15 minutes, even that I was a new patient. I asked why she as an Internal Medicine Doctor couldn’t help me- I am here now, I need help and I paid from the pocked for this appointment. She didn’t even look at my chart, but suggested to see Psychiatrist . And I said that it takes time to find a professional who accepts my insurance, and that will be a long time to get an appointment. Why refuse to help me now. while I am here and need help( not as a friend, but paid for services). When she started to raise her voice on me. That was a last time I will see that @@@. It’s like she sees me a first time, and giving me psycho diagnosis after 15 minutes. I am going through a very difficult time of my life, and I might be crazy, but as I can see it - if you’re a doctor- help, don’t refuse. Again , for my own money and my work insurance which I paid every month. Be careful, people, especially if you need real help and understanding. Don’t go to her
